Our Story:
We (Alex and Remi) founded ARJ Property Hub in 2021 with a mission to revitalise unloved properties and create lasting value for communities. We began our journey by refurbishing and managing HMOs in Edgbaston, Birmingham, focusing on property management and maintenance. As our expertise grew, we transitioned into property investments, acquiring, refurbishing, and either selling or renting out properties to deliver exceptional results for investors and tenants alike.

Our dedication and impact have earned us recognition within the construction and property industry. Notably, Remi was honoured with the ‘Rising Star of the Year’ award at the Building the Future Awards 2024, underscoring our reputation for excellence and innovation.

Having grown up in families immersed in property investment, we have always understood the transformative potential of property in shaping communities. This personal connection inspired us to establish ARJ Property Hub, aiming to address the UK’s housing crisis while delivering strong returns for our investors.

Remi brings a wealth of experience and expertise to ARJ Property Hub, currently serving as a construction project manager, where she manages high-profile projects valued up to £25m, including developments for Birmingham City Football Club, Alexander Stadium, and Watford Colosseum. Her extensive experience in large-scale, complex projects equips her with the skills necessary to drive success in our residential property investments.

In addition to her practical experience, Remi holds both the Association of Project Management PFQ and PMQ qualifications, covering essential areas such as project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and financial management. These qualifications ensure that every project we undertake is meticulously managed and delivered to the highest standards, offering our investors confidence that their investments are in expert hands.
